<<The IRIS has one million hits in the first month and this is accomplished without any
advertisement.>> Yes,probably one million hits by their stock holders----and one million hits without advertisements--gees that is kind of miraculous ---I guess Sergio played the pop and is out already--I pity the real longs--daytraders having a ball with this today.Max90

Key Statements from earnings release:

"The power of the Internet evidenced by the hits we received in the first month behooves us to focus on adding to our Internet presence. Our growth will continue internally and we are retaining a top tier firm to help us evaluate merger and acquisition candidates."

IMO - I believe what there attempting to do, is to focus more investor attention to the "prospects" of a merger or acquisition. Other stocks have appreciated considerable just on the rumor. If this takes hold they might get lucky and be able to call the warrants in and than have the finances to cover any acquisition or merger.

It's going to take some serious interest in IFLY stock to
support the level for a warrant call before a (2001 expiration date)?
But it demonstrates an attempt to speed up the time table to grow.
I am behind them 100% on this.
