I don't want to get into an argument with you, nor do I want to give the impression that I am being overly logical or semantic. However, your argument is flawed. Let's assume you are right, and Cramer does not have control over all articles. That does not mean that he had no control over this particular article. In any event, the article IS crap, as I initially wrote, and Cramer does trade in and out of stocks. I will leave it to others to decide whether they think Cramer would trade ahead of news (which he creates) or whether he would use said "news" to help his trading.
