There's no doubt that MMs try their best to rip as many people off as possible with their crimes. I wish there were a way to communicate with them, say a message board. Some messages:

"I just bought 1000 shares at $6 and now the price drops to $5.50 on 200 shs. No you're not going to stop me out because I don't use stops."

" Last trade $1.68, no I'm not paying $1.91 for the shares. I'll use a limit to get the best price."

"The spread was 1/8pt just a minute ago and now it's 1/2pt and no real volume. Forget it."

etc

I exited today at $14. I'm quite high on IMCL's science
and prospects, but I think we may have gotten a bit ahead
of ourselves here. Hoping to buy in again prior to P3
result rumors. I plan on holding longterm in that timeframe,
but for now am trading it.

Oh, one more thing, I wanted to tell you my theory of apparent vs true spread. Ever since the SEC cracked down on MMs for criminal spreads, the spreads have in fact narrowed significantly. The MMs response at the time was that volatility would increase as a result of this because of their inability to make a market. Sure enough, volatility has increased dramatically. The present narrow spread is only apparent while the true spread is roughly the same as the old spread when figuring that the spread moves so quickly up for buyers and down so quickly for sellers.
