Condescension was not my intention...if you felt it was...so be it. My post was also for those who are new to the broadband rollout and laid a foundation along with presented my reasoning why there wouldn't be the fear you claim to be present. You said: "The ILEC fears have been well documented and are the primary reason ADSL is not deployed in America today." As you always do...you make these statements and produce nothing to support them. Your anti-Aware opinions are more than welcome...just not your lack of contributions to support them. You say things like...well documented, I have read, it's well know, the analyst say and so on. Why is it you don't bring those things here for all to see? Now there...is that Condescension too?
