Does anyone know the words to "Our day will come" ? I must admit it was disheartening to see Win hover yesterday...if we all didn't believe..we would have left...I was looking at nxlk and lvlt (which are up about 20 last month or so)...but still couldn't cut this cord. Why? We all realize that it will happen.

I think that Daffy's first post was rather insightful regarding the delay in any alliances (sec accounting procedures). Once that is rectified perhaps we will hear some news.

I have to disagree with an earlier post that win doesn't rise on news. Wasn't this last run up due to the Lucent announcement?

Regards,

Pam

LS -

I think one can say that every new development in the companies expansion qualified as an announcement of a postponement in EBIDTA positive. I don't think that it is realistic to assume you can ramp up to a more aggressive expansion position without a delay in going positive.

OK but there is a question of balance. Balance between all the opportunities, the funds required, the manpower available, and of course the shareholders.

You have to strike a balance thats all anyone can ask.

Seems to me the EBITDA issue is one of materiality and confidence.

One has to ask the question whether WCII can best take on all the overseas development by itself or whether it might be better to JV the overseas and bring in a partner at a premium and to fund it all.

Seems to me that WCII might give up say half the overseas growth in exchange for a heavy weight partner with a wad of cash. Then we could see EBITDA postive this year and a great structure for overseas. Bill would be a hero and the stock would fly IMHO.

Regards,

L
