(OTC Bulletin Board: ZULU - news) clarified the terms of the acquisitions of BrandsForLess.com (Holdings), Inc. and Omni-net.com Inc. from Enhanced Services Company, Inc. (OTC: ESVS - news). Zulu-tek, Inc. is issuing shares of its common stock to Enhanced Services Company in exchange for all of the stock of BrandsForLess.com (Holdings), Inc. and Omni-net.com Inc.
