M.R. Davis, on the day IFLY spiked to 16 5/8 last year on Dec 28, the record volume was 3,605,600. The volume today is so far 4,848,000 at 1:30 PM EST. I think when volume is strong like this, a lot of actions will take place in the last 2 hours of trading. Let see if another spike will materialize starting about 1/2 hour from now.

As far as news, I'm banking on the fact that the company needs to get the stock price much higher to be able to finance the acquisitions. As announced today in the earnings release, a top tier investment firm has been retained to advise on mergers and acquisitions. I don't think a top firm in the country will like to work with a company with a sub 10 dollar stock unless they see a real potential.

The company plans to expand in all aspects of travel business and that's a lot of money to spend. The only way to accomplish this is through higher share price.

I was looking at the IPO filing by Cheap Ticket yesterday. CTIX has higher booking number perhaps due to the cruise, but its revenue is about the same as 800-Travel, yet its IPO will bring in 45M in cash or as much as the market cap of IFLY as of yesterday. CT's total market cap will be 272M if the IPO will start at 13. So I think CTIX's IPO will help IFLY.

Cheap Ticket also uses twice the number of agents as IFLY. Cheap Ticket is profitable, so it validates once more the business model of IFLY, that travel agents are needed to complete the sales to get the higher commission.

Congrats IFLY holders.

- I still have to see some audited financials. Call me stubborn. But I don't think $.02/share in earnings is anything to write home about.

- who knows? look at PTVL and BFLY - negative earnings.

- So good luck.
