Sure am glad I didn't get caught holding any ORTH today, I thought about picking some up yesterday after reading what a great company that you think it is. But at the last minute I decided to go with TLWN, which is working on a double today. :-)

ORTH Drops to 5/8. Well it definitely looks like a long termer. DM with the share swap, does that mean as shareholders of ORTH we get shares from the other company??? I need some clarification here.
