Yugoslav Troops 'Bracing For War' - Pentagon << The Yugoslav military has moved more than 30,000 Serbian troops into and near Kosovo and is ''bracing for war'' with NATO as Serb officials take part in peace talks near Paris, the United States said Tuesday. ''They certainly are bracing for war, but they continue to participate in the talks'' at Rambouillet, Defense Department spokesman Ken Bacon told reporters.
