Paul Allen's purchase is another endorsement of the broadband future, he will need ATHM for it's fat pipe. Read this link and put the dots together....it's going to be a broadband world, and even though Allen has some cable holdings, he doesn't have the widespread scope to offer the fatpipe to everyone.... He is however positioning himself with content along with a few cable companies.. fool.com
