Tad: Is it not true that Needham has a SELL rating on MU per a report dated 2/11/99 (according to Zacks)? If so, can you justify this rating on the basis of MU's long term potential, and especially considering that Micron probably is THE low cost producer in the industry (in the context of the next upturn in the DRAM markets)? If your rating is based on continued glut in the commodity memory markets, would you care to talk about when you expect the next up cycle? I am a long term micron bull and believe that the company will come out ahead of the pack going into the next boom cycle, starting around the end of this year. Best Regards, Sridhar
