Question. Is it possible at all for SPY, XLK or QQQ to trade at a premium/discount? After all, they are like closed-end funds, aren't they?

*** SPDRs ***

There is a good article on the possibility of Euro SPDRs in the March 8, 1999 Business Week on page 102.

There is even talk of a S&P Global 1200 SPDR which combines the S&P 500 and 700 world stocks.

I highly recommend reading "The Road to Dow 10,000" in today's Wall Street Journal in Section A on the third to last page (not sure of page number).
