Why are you worried? Some of the private placees are simply covering their positions by shorting a certain portion of it. That is only what a prudent investor does. If NWI hits again, they still have their warrants to further participate in the play, so they lock in some profit and have the warrants as a wild card. The stock is trading VERY well and is handling the selling nicely. DON'T WORRY, this is normal at this time. On good results, most of the covering will be over and the stock will only fly that much better.
