Art, Bill and Thread,

from the 1998 14A filing...

"Wallace E. Sapp and Edna M. Sapp hold such shares jointly with right of survivorship. Wallace E. Sapp and Edna M. Sapp were the sole shareholders of the former Southern Communications Products, Inc., a Florida corporation. The Company purchased all or substantially all of the assets of such company in December 1997. Wallace E. Sapp remains an employee of the Company's subsidiary, SCP."

With names like Wallace and Edna these folks are likely well into their 70's. It is not surprising to me that they may liquidate shares. Their motivation is open to interpretation.

Does anybody have any ideas?

Aus

Thanks for the recommendation. I'll put GLW on my watch list. If it gets beat up I may buy some.
