Dave -

How will ETPI finance the acquisitions? Issue more stock and do a swap?

I can't see them doing the deals via debt financing, and they have no free cash on hand to speak of.

I assume ETPI would only acquire another company under one of two circumstances:

a. Target is profitable when adequate cash on hand is present to operate the business.

b. Target is profitable but very small in scale, and for whatever reason cannot obtain funding to expand operations.

Under NO circumstances would I believe ETPI stupid or arrogant enough to believe they can acquire a loser and turn it around. Really.

I mean REALLY.

Or could they?

Jeez, I hope not. That would be the last breath for this stock and it's beleaguered holders.

So, Dave, were the 2 deals on the table waiting for Doug's signature merely Nitelife deals and not acquisitions?

Does anyone know? Or have we been hyped once again?
