we are in a precarious trading range right now at 3.16 x 3.20 - it could easily move under $3 which I would read as bad news coming OR it could pop very quickly to new highs.

Chart is not looking like a buy right noiw

Yes, you are right. Usually there is a warrant attached to the stock issue, but not in this case. This suggests that a little more liquidation might occur.
