I believe it's 70% not 80%. I'm also long, just stating my opinion on a suggestion that was made. As a shareholder, how do you feel about it?

Very well said Auricman...People should be buying for the long term potential not the short term spin-off prospects. I still think restricted spin-off shares isnt a bad idea but it is only a possibility as nothing is etched in stone as of yet!
