Have been long on MTC. Previous resistance at 49 bothers me and am thinking of dumping. If the sock had good prospects of hitting 50 this week. I'd stay the course...Any one have positive or pending news that looks favorable...or is the stock responding to AG's remarks.

thanks,

FNS

03/16 16:16 Justice still reviewing Monsanto-Delta Pine deal

CHICAGO, March 16 (Reuters) - The U.S. Justice Department said
on Tuesday it was still reviewing life sciences firm Monsanto Co.'s
<MTC.N> plan to buy leading U.S. cotton seed breeder Delta and
Pine Land Co. <DLP.N>.

"The review is still ongoing," a Justice Department spokeswoman
said.

Shares of Delta and Pine Land climbed 3-1/16 to 35-9/16 on
Tuesday, while Monsanto's stock ended up 2-5/16 at 50-9/16.

Monsanto last year agreed to buy Scott, Miss.-based Delta and Pine
Land in a stock swap that was valued at about $1.9 billion when it
was first announced on May 11.

A spokeswoman for St. Louis-based Monsanto said the company
had made no announcements on Tuesday. A Delta and Pine Land
spokesman was not immediately available to comment on the stock
activity.
