Dear Doc: Sounds like you have the GERM of an idea there. Send it in--you never know, sometimes the obvious is overlooked. yuk yuk. Hey, its times like these a sense of humor helps!! I just wish the stock would do like this on a 12/31 when we in Fla. have to calculate our intangible taxes. If anyone is calling IR ask about the Mangan transaction. I feel the delay is most likely due to Mangan having some kind of problem unloading that unwanted asset of theirs. Dont know why they just dont spin it off into a seperate corporation and complete the transaction with TAVA? JDN
