I have to believe that EP will reveal his AV strategy at the annual shareholder's meeting. My guess is that when he does reveal the plan, it will include distributing one share of AV to CPQ shareholders for every 17-20 shares of CPQ. Of course, there is the distinct possibility that instead he will offer every shareholder x number of shares @ IPO price and then there is the more remote possibility that he will do neither. If I still had a secretary, I would direct her to start a "How Will CPQ Handle the Sale/Distribution of AV Shares" game. El
