I think those sales were due to the secondary offering and represent the drop in price of the stock. It is really fully diluted now and about 20% below the secondary price, about where people begin to take a position in the company. Watching on lvl 2 there's a large gap between bid and ask......and large blocks being traded after smaller blocks bring down the price.
