Hi Scotty Having been through a couple of downturns similar to the one we are now experiencing , I can assure you that this is a very difficult time for juniors to raise risk capital. Often these dollars come with strings attached . (flow through shares are a good example). Large investors with a bankroll demand a voice in how their funds are spent …… some desire to be involved in high risk -high return prospects , others in bread and butter type plays. Some want a seat on the board of directors in order to control their own destiny. In tough times , management may make moves that at first glance seem illogical or unreasonable. Sometimes management do not have a lot of options available to them. FWIW …. I too , was surprised that FST would participate in a oil wildcat and farmout their interest in the shallow Strachan zones. I GUESS we will see what ‘shakes out' in due course.
