Agora,

Seems as if I hit a sore spot there.

Any statements of fact that I have made have either come from VNE's filings on SEDAR; or from the Vancouver newspapers.

You have advised that the Lucatch conference call was cancelled:

1. because David was too busy;
2. because there was no interest in it.

Regardless of the reason, I was not, am not and will not be interested in participating in a sham.

When a company reports that:

1. It's about $4.5M (from memory) in debt,
2. It's being sued for another $2M+, and
3. It can't raise money from a private equity placement

the only logical question is:

1. Does it plan to declare bankruptcy?
2. and, if so, What would cause anyone to risk their money with it?

You don't have to answer any questions from anyone. But that doesn't make them go away.

You, and others, may attack my credibility with falsehoods, misrepresentations or by attempting to put words in my posts that were never there, but that still doesn't get rid of the very fundamental questions that any one would ask before risking their assets.

Ian.

P.S. ... and each attack from DinO will guarantee that I stick around for at least another month. :-)))
