Good questions, bargainman. I took the release to indicate there would be conversion to new shares if and when the holders of the debt elected to convert. I can't find it stated that way anywhere though. Also, because they are convertible they typically yield below market; exactly how much below is a factor of how "hot" the stock shares are, general market conditions and plan 'ol horse tradin'.
