if halprin goes, the spinoff of cpu direct would almost certainly be delayed. the spinoff should be announced by end of march. we should expect nothing less than a dead cat bounce and some interest in the stock. also, managers are clearing cpu from portfolios, window dressing, so as not to show there mistake.

if bid and ask continues, selling is almost done.
