I wonder if NSM could actually make 7.4 million CPU's in a hurry if they really had to and would they make any money at $40/chip? news.com After touting its $299 PC, the company said it received over 7.4 million queries about the offer, prompting it to declare that the discount PCs wouldn't likely be available until the middle of next month. And whether or not the number of inquiries was that high, the flood of responses clearly drowned operations at the tiny company. Anthony
