Hey Allen, good job finding WNCR... however it was my [Hot Penny Stocks] Mailing List that announced it today at 10:00 am EST. If you were on the list you could have got in at .10. But you did good finding it on your own. The chart was telling you that it was going higher, it was a beautiful chart.
