Well I for one can't locate a copy. Can I borrow yours??? Alternatively can you in your wildest imagination dream up any rational reasin why Aber should evade, or avoid, or pretend to ignore the normal precaution of confirming in writing a deal involving almost $4 million?

I haven't seen a post where anyone claims to know the outcome of the litigation. Most of are still trying to understand how a business organization could find itself in such a predicament, and then fall back on a widows and orphans, ;egislation to try to save the day.

Are you suggesting that WSP and ABZ just had a verbal Agreement? WSP delivered a letter (Time Lapse). This is telling me that a clause was put into a contract.

THEY HAD A CONTRACT!

Your grasping at straws! It's an open and shut case. WSP will prove a pattern from previous history, WSP will clearly state that a budget was presented and a "call" was made. ABZ chose to ignore the call. This is elementary Law here, We are not dealing with a complicated issue here.
