The trade order was not executed for 9 minutes while bid ask remained the same. Then I offered MORE than the ask price. The trade order still was not executed for another 9 minutes. The market moved down and I cancelled/changed the order. I received cancel confirmation and then I entered the new (lower) bid. Viola, someone decided that the higher (cancelled) order was now due for execution after 18 minutes... And this was not even a fast moving market !
