Rick,

Just as a clarification, the cardiovascular alliance announcement is expected to be sometime during mid-year, but obviously until it is a done deal, nobody can say for sure about the timing. My question is still how much a big company looking to partner might place some emphasis on the success of the other product, and whether any delays might be contingent upon this....of course, this is pure conjecture and should be taken as such.

Also, the Orthopaedic Research Society may 5 presentation is supposed to include data from the large animal studies, so it will be interesting to see exactly what new info they have to throw. Meanwhile, it is nice to know that dermagraft for venous stasis ulcers already has the pilot trials underway in the UK and Canada.

FWIW, per ATIS, they are still "on track" regarding the dermagraft trials, when referring to the likelihood of having the study done (180) in time to submit by 9-10/99, assuming the interim results are good, of course.

Anyone interested in trying to guess the possible cardiovascular strategic alliance partners? Won't be S&N, so I suppose we should start by looking in the cardiovascular industry at the big guys.

Happy Thursday Rick and all,

Marshall

Rick, There was an article regarding ORTC and burns yesterday, in addition to today's ATIS review of the presentations for Transcyte today. Interesting stuff in between lots of other stuff at Yahoo lately. TGIF.
