William: regarding precious metals.

I have been intriqued by the "stability" of various stocks in the face of a raging bull market. Makes me scratch my head and ask why? could it be accumulation **(SAM)**.

SWC lools like a good buy here.
Most XAU component stocks seem to be in a low risk consolidation period...waiting for when.... April?
N surprisingly strong.... long term hold.. likely see 16 real soon.

It's stealthfully quiet down in the mines.

Been fortunate on CYSP and CYCH... a few others look good too, same charts.

Like Rande's OMX here .... good chart...I'd say 11 is a lock.

I have some thoughts on oils.....

last week the maor oils...exxon, texaco...bp all had successful gains for the week....I believe, not sure....Next week is the OPEC meeting...which some threads are saying restrictions to supply will be approved thus pushing the price of oil higher....all oil stocks should benefit....

Grey Wolf...GW has been trading between .75-1.25 for the past few weeks...it was once a $4.5 stock before the oil collapse....little over a year ago...they should benefit from restrictions cause all of their wells arent operational....

ust some thoughts..
