stock would need to move up significantly for a buy out to be at that level - otherwise the premium would be too high to justify, so we need to see the stock move up from here, which it will if it is really a take out candidate

I can't really comment on the target price but I will comment on the technical aspects. This appears to be a winner. The buyers are lining up for the products.
The stock moves up. The action seems to be beginning from a press release point of view.
DSL is a big deal.
