rd1, I don't really know how an acceleration in the rate of deregulation would impact WMON's earnings projections. However, in the investor packet I received from WMON they make the point that the explosive growth they expect is made manageable by the state by state roll-out of deregulation. Not sure how much of an acceleration would be a net positive or a net negative.
