UB, <<we need you at the gpgi thread>> No you don't if you're long GPGI. Their reporting of those OPT numbers is pure bullshit. What is the head ore OPT? Where did the ore come from? Maxam could easily report values greater than 4 OPT if they reported "screened ore". The reason people report OPT based on head ore is that it becomes easier to judge possible recovery costs. Will GPGI next report the limit on OPT for gold, refine gold to almost pure and then say they have 32000 OPT? Also notice that they only reported to their webpage like that would keep the SEC from halting them. There wasn't an SI formatting problem for them, just a legal one in their mind, I'm sure. McKay has so much cash tied up in success that he probably would do anything to recover that investment. The alternative is total loss, so he's got nothing to lose. They don't have the skills, capital, or integrity to get the job done IMO. I could go on and on, but what's the point. Bottom line is that Global is long time dead, but can't even smell it's own stench.
