Atticus, you are welcome. If you share the view of who ever the
large buyer has been, and this has been going on for several days,
then yes it is a positive spin on a down day. These type of
transactions are not conducted by day traders or small desk-top
accounts with a discount broker, rather they are arranged through
a MM in the stock, for a preferred buyer.
