Dan, The rise can be attributed to RADR on the Nasdaq today. RADR is now Vianet Technologies which traded today. The DLC moved because it will merge with Vianet on a 123 shares for one basis. BUT, it looks like they will roll back the VIANET so it becomes a $30 stock thus making the price of DLC worth 0.35 at the time of the merger in April. Look for a possible jump in DLC again tomorrow ! Steve
