I am dismayed by this too. Strong earnings growth and good insider buying, as I recall. The only weak excuse I can think of is a weak software sector. I really don't understand the stocks performance. Seems to me it is a really good company.

The problem is, this is "just another small/mid cap" in a big piggy market. I have no other insight now, except I am not yet impressed by Autodesk as a competitor, from evidence I have seen to-date. (you said) Any thoughts on the last few weeks? Visio seemed to be strengthening, as I expected, going up to 30. Now, it seems to weaken every day, little by little. Any more visibility on the next quarter? I am still shocked that this market treats 30% growth for a quarter or two in the 1999 environment as a disappointment.
