<<Alternatively can you in your wildest imagination dream up any rational reasin why Aber should evade, or avoid, or pretend to ignore the normal precaution of confirming in writing a deal involving almost
$4 million? >>

What if they know they don't need to send a written confirmation despite what is mentioned in the agreement ?

Look at the definition of Estopel in a Canadian Law dictionary. I don't know the law and am no lawyer, but I am told that we should side up with Aber on this litigation.

I guess the lesson here is pay up, be careful to pay up and don't miss the opportunity to pay up. Otherwise you will loose it in a Snap! Lake it or Not.

First off. WSP will bring to the forefront the fact that ABZ was diluted before this. A pattern is established here.

It's the same as ordering a 12 slice pizza, Eating 11 slices and telling the Manager that your not satisfied with the product and refuse to pay the tab. ABZ wanted to sit back and see the Bulk results, If they were good....The Check was in the mail. If they were bad, "We backed out long time ago" Why doesn't their IR people like to talk about Camsell/Snap Lake, They love changing the subject everytime they are asked!
