stockman...re "x-hard 5fer's comments on dell"

had a sizeable long term holding in cpq...closed the position two weeks ago...made money...now it's all in dell....

have lost all respect for ep....first his ostrich act: "ibm/dell not significant"...now the latest statement is that of a ceo running scared...trying to convince himself and the shareholders that the big bad wolf isn't a threat to the compiggies...sad day for 5fer...

good day for dell, when the competition talks you down...cheers, ed a.

Another indication that the PC box makers are having a strong quarter.

Jabil is the second contract manufacturer to beat estimates in 2 days.
:-)))

Jabil Circuit (JBL) 41 +1 9/16: contract manufacturer reports Q2 net of $0.28 a share, a penny above the First Call mean, vs yr-ago earnings of $0.26; revenue rose 49% to $493.4 million; </i?
