Hi Bill,

You may be right and you may be wrong. HDIE got pummelled along with other stocks on no news in Oct. Picking it up under $3 when no one would touch it and selling 2 months later over $7 when volume peaked (big boys were buying all the way up too) was very profitable.

Just because the stock is getting dumped doesn't necessarily mean there's something wrong. It could just mean that money is leaving many small caps for the big caps/momentum stocks. Of course, who cares what the reason is, the fact is that HDIE is down 60% in 2 months.

Rather than try to figure out what's wrong with HDIE, the real guessing game is when will money return to small caps, if ever ?
