Thats what I do too, unless the original has become so outdated that there is no danger of it is being executed while I fill in a new one !

The guy tried to make me feel guilty for changing orders and slowing down their computer system....LOL I told him it was their problem. I pay around $70 per trade and expect execution, and I have a right to change as many times as I want to ! The guy didn't know what to say !

Its not the money, its the principle. Its been happening with me for the last 3 days - maybe the settlements on lawsuits are begining to bite them and there is a company policy now - to screw customers as much as possible. Who knows....but I'm gonna move.

he even started arguing with me - saying I shouldn't put limit orders, should use market orders and blah blah blah...
