Excellent pts. Clark, consider that many other chipset designs are now migrating into the DUV spectrum. DRAM and memory are the leading edge, now DSP, some ASCI et al. are coming into the sub 0.25 uM CD.

I wonder if an expanded end user base has been taking into consideration by the street?

I'm stilling looking for service and spares to factor into the bottomline. While Cymer maybe sticking to the increased ASP of the lasers, I'm guessing they maybe more more lax price wise in the Service end. IMHO, based on the fact that older installed units should now be off warranty and contributing to revenue but service and spares as % of total revenue has not increased significantly over that time.

Any comments + /- on this out there?
