<<You talked to different people two years ago, give it a rest>>

Quite true, Darrell, I haven't talked to the current management. But the signs I see all remind me of the previous management.

For example: When they released the 1997 financials long after they promised, they were not full financials but bits and pieces that likely left out the worst information (e.g. negative working capital?).

For example: Getting into a completely new business (gold mining). This is a major warning sign of a pump and dump. I've seen all kinds of sleezy companies that fail in one business and then try another one, usually in a sexy area like gold mining or internet.

For example: Making optimistic revenue growth projections without providing a shred of substance behind the numbers (e.g. complete financials so one has a basis for comparison, or any discussion of the reasons for the optimistic projections).

For example: touting other minerals in the "gold mine" that probably would cost more to extract than they are worth.

For example: mass mailings by promoters to potential investors that emphasize the hype but don't fill in the missing pieces needed to get a true picture of the company.

Until there is something of substance that supports the purported "turn around" of this company, I will be here to point out the emporer's lack of clothing.

They can do one very simple thing to shed light on what is really hapenning. Release complete financial statements for 1997 and 1998.
