Hey Buck, I just spent the last 40 minutes unsubscribing to 60 separate Amazon.com newsletters.....Yes......Either Amazon placed me on their "8 junk E-mails per day" list.....or someone else was able to do it. How nice that they care so much about my privacy and security......They had to send me a secret code (30 min. delivery time) that enabled me to take my name off the lists. Funny....I seemed to get on the lists like magic. Scummers!....I will never buy anything from Amazon......and I'm ordring all Commission members to do likewise.....Ha!......Bet they like them apples! Anyhow......There is no market maker on AMEX stocks.....there is a specialist, like on the NYSE......On the Pacific Exchange, I'm not sure....but the market is tiny....volume very low...and thus, the nosebleed prices. If I had $20 or $30 million lying around....I would be the 4:00 guy. He must get a kick out of knocking the stock up every day....piss off the shorts, for sure. Waste of money?......Sure. But heck....so is buying a Jaguar......Just think of all the money people have pissed down the drain over the years on those things. bg
