Myles, not Jimmy, stated what any logical person would. What they made or lost in the past has no bearing on the company's future. He also suggested that they're would be no shortage of capital. There are a lot of willing investors. But on the downside, he wasn't familiar with Reg S. Hopefully, they hire a good CFO ASAP. Otherwise, they could easily fall into the overseas shorting game if looking for quick funds. Somebody should call the company first thing tomorrow and give them a briefing on Reg S, before some shark does. Or maybe e-mail one of those articles that floats around here.
