How do you know when a stock like MALL or WCAP or DBCC(these backdoor IPO'S)are going to take off like a rocketship? I own some OTEX and the absolute HOTTEST IPO of the year is coming next week. MiningCo.com MINE, led by Bear Stearns (remember TGLO 8 to 80)pricing tuesday March 22 to trade March 23. OTEX owns 885,000 shares of this. There stake could equal the entire market cap of OTEX itself. I have not seen any posting on this subject. You can look at MiningCo.com S-1 filing and the see the ownership. Here is a direct link to the S-1 from the SEC database sec.gov . It is on page 54 of the document if you want to scroll down right to it. Please let me know how I can tell if I am in a winning position or should I pull the ripcord?

Investment Strengths: 1. IMAL benefits from the rapidly-growing elec. commerce industry. 2. Market opportunity 3. Internet retailing trends 4. Uniquely strong product lines 5. flexible, highly leveragable marketing strategy 6. The IMALL brand 7. Strategic partnerships 8. FDC 9. Explosive top-line and EPS growth potential 10. Niche player 11. Large stream of recurring revenues 12. Valuation compelling etc., etc. Looks like a strong buy to me. I'm long w/ over 5000 shs.
