Interesting article today in the NYTimes Editorial section about stock market dynamics. Seems the authors are not very sanguine about the prospects of the market in general, and decry the ascendancy of "chat rooms" as being one of the factors responsible for the meteoric rise in some stocks. Is this a chat room? Are we responsible for the meteoric rise in Altris? Laughs aside, a sobering assessment of investing in this era of the internet stocks and anything.com... Elliot
