I would prefer that ETPI use restricted stock rather than their new $4 million financing to make their major acquisition. It would free up the cash to expand this new acquisition to make it bring in even higher earnings. Maybe the present owner is a little short of cash due to he Asian financial crisis. Kinda what you had in mind Dave?

Would like to hear others opinions on what Doug might have in mind.

Going through the company financial information I noticed that minus all the expansion costs last year, figure in the confident prediction of increased sales from at least 3 of their divisions, the expected earnings from their acquisition (why else would ETPI acquire at this time) and the 2 e-commerce internet sites, I absolutely see a chance of surprisingly high earnings in '99.

How about Indo-Disney or Sino-Disney like facility with all of ETPI's expertise, service and equipment.
