Dell's last high was about Feb 2 at 108 5/8
Today was the 42 nd day in the cycle.
Looking at historic prices, Dell goes up about 23% between the last low and the next high.
Last low was about 40, so we could reasonably expect another 5 points up to around 50 within 2 to 3 weeks..
That would not equal a new high, but I figure the last high was
an anomaly, too euphoric.

My interpretation is that Dell is at a buying low, and that direction should be up
