hlpinout. Re: "Bear Sterns cc w/ Mason". I put in a request for the report via e-mail, but have not had a response. The report title indicated that Andy Neff was maintaining his buy or strong buy rating and leaving estimates unchanged. From an earlier report, he had reduced his estimates from $1.75 to $1.65 in FY99 due to soft 1Q sales and the Brazil real devaluation.

What I don't know is if there was a cc with Mason. When I get the report I will let you know the substance of it.

Neff has been high on CPQ for as long as I can remember and kept his "buy" on the stock all last year, despite all the inventory and Digital merger craziness. He is very knowledgeable about the company and so far has had no other agenda.
